Cancel within 24 hours, no questions asked

You can cancel any inspection booking within 24 hours of booking, as long as the inspection has not started, and get a full refund.

Your legal right to cancel

• Customers in Saudi Arabia: under the E-Commerce Law you may cancel within 7 days of booking, as long as the inspection has not started, and get a full refund.
• Customers in the EU/EEA (for example Sweden): you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you book. If you ask us to carry out the inspection within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only for the part already performed. Once the inspection has been fully carried out at your request, the right of withdrawal ends. To withdraw, send us a clear statement (email or WhatsApp is fine).

After the inspection has started

Once the inspector has started the inspection, it cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it or where the service was not performed as described.

When we refund in full, at any time

• No partner could be assigned to your booking, or no partner contacted you within 72 hours.
• We or the partner cancelled the appointment and you do not want a new time.
• The report was not delivered within 7 days of the inspection.

You can also ask to reschedule instead of cancelling.
