About these terms

These terms apply when you use cardiagons.com, book a vehicle inspection, use the car-value tool or open an online inspection report. The services are provided by Cardiagnos under the brands SightCore, Klarsikt and عين الخلل. By booking or using the site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The inspection service

• When you book and pay, we send your booking to an independent partner workshop in your city. The partner contacts you, usually within 24 hours, to agree a time.
• The inspection is a visual and functional check of the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection, based on what can reasonably be seen and tested without taking parts apart.
• The report is not a warranty or guarantee of the vehicle's future condition, history or value, and it does not replace a legally required roadworthiness test.
• You confirm that you have the owner's permission for the inspection and that the car will be available at the agreed time and place.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, including VAT where it applies. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout. A booking is confirmed when payment is completed.

Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

Car-value estimates

The car-value tool gives a free, indicative price range produced by an AI model from the details you enter. It is not a formal appraisal or an offer to buy, and you should not rely on it alone when buying or selling.

Online reports

Report links are private links. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no unlawful content, no attempts to break security, overload the services or access other people's data, and no automated scraping.

Liability

We and our partners are responsible for performing the inspection with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The site, the app, the report format and our brands belong to Cardiagnos. You may use your own report for personal purposes, including sharing it with a buyer or seller of the car.

Complaints, law and disputes

Contact us first at ahmad@cardiagons.com; we aim to reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live. Consumers in Saudi Arabia can also complain to the Ministry of Commerce; consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you made your booking.
